At first, I was so skeptical because it didn't smell that impressive on me but when I retried the latest Aventus on my skin, it smelled almost exactly alike.

The opening smells very synthetic and it takes over an hour for a drydown that isn't really pleasant to me.

As the sun rises, notes of lemon, bergamot, black currant, and apple entwine like a melody of vibrant zest. I view myself as enough of a fragrance enthusiast that I can truly tell you that this 7/19 batch is enough for most people.

The birch note which comes in next blend very well as well giving it a unique masculine blend with the base notes. I tried both and they have the same notes you find in this fragrance but they are just so much nicer and interesting. After just 1 week of light usage, it just started squirting random "lines" of liquid which I think completely changed how it performs on skin and clothes. Recently bought some Aventus travel sprays from Neiman Marcus, and I actually enjoy CDNIM-PP much better. Wear the Armaf whenever and reflect on all those lovely simoleons lounging in your bank account, accruing interest and just getting fatter every day.Now I only have a 2ml sample spray and I'd only put on 3 small sprays - 2 on my neck and 1 on my wrist. CDNI might not be as smooth as Aventus nor Explorer, but Explorer kills Aventus in terms of longevity and this out-competes Explorer.

Its very plasticky and has an old, artificial lemon smell that persists throughout, especially in the opening. This fragrance takes time to get used to and that harsh lemon cleanser opening is the main reason why. I’ve always gotten decent compliments from CDNIM but I never could commit to wearing it all the time, because I really am a snob for quality. All i feel after smoking pure parfum is dense thick smoky , if i smell it close , i feel some lemon.
