This one is a standalone with all the steam. It's probably Rina's longest book and it's all worth it. I mean for me, any amount of words by rina are not enough, like I am always left wanting more and same was the case in this one! I want the next book so bad. I already have so many couples in my head, let's see which ones we get! Definitely recommending this one to all the high school dark romance loving people. It's full of triggers like non con, dub con, suicide talks and lot more so please keep that in mind as well. The Spring 1987 Journal featured the miniature figure sets of the two Chaos Brothers, Jaek and Helwud, Kaleb's main adversaries in Part 3 of the comic. Part 4 " God Amok!" was also advertised in this issue, but it never saw print. It is uncertain how much of this fourth installment was actually completed. Allegedly the comic was canceled because of "creative differences" between the creators and Games Workshop. Cecily and Jeremy- something is going on here, I'm almost sure they are thing. Jeremy is not a little boy anymore and wow I'm kinda scared. I just know this will be my favorite series from Rina Kent, I feel it will beat the Royal Elite series for sure, at least for me. At the beginning it was hard for me to catch up with all the new characters, but the tree of them at the beginning of the book certainly helped. I really like that Rina Kent has connected the two worlds of her books and because of that this series will be even more interesting than RES.

Nikolai and Brandon: are actually going to be the first MM romance I'm going to read! And Nikolai is unhinged, but he's pretty obsessed with Brandon, so let's see, hehe, and Brandon is a cutie. Death of peace of mind — bad omens (TMI — the last part of the song genuinely scared me the first time I listened to it lmao my heart fr skipped a beat 💀 I wasn’t expecting it and I couldn’t stop pissing myself laughing bc of my reaction😭) This book was still cringe asf Rina style but it was somehow ignorable and I managed to not roll my eyes too much at the *elaborate* descriptions of the dark powerful mysterious and silent type mmc. The British slang wasn’t too bad in this book - emphasis on too bad. I still gagged whenever she would use “arse” in her inner monologue 😭Overall, I pretty much loved it lol. It’s been a while since I read a good Rina Kent book, and this one hit all my spots 😉

One thing I was hoping we'd get more is the relationship between Killian and his father, Asher. I wasn't looking forward to the chapter of his POV, but that scene was everything. And just the realization of what his son thought of him for a huge part of his life. Not going to lie, it made me cry a little cause despite Kill's hardshell, this was absolutely a vulnerable spot for him. In the first edition of Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay in 1986, Malal has a short paragraph along with Khorne and Nurgle and is mentioned as a renegade Chaos God dedicated to the destruction of the other Chaos Gods. Not Cole and Silver fans come here and rating this book with 1 star mounths before its release just because Ariella its not Killian love interest 🤡🤡 honestly this childish and toxic attitude on the part of Cole and Silver fans towards the Kings does not surprise me at all since they have always hated the Kings for no reason. SilverCole stan was always thie toxic and problematic part of this fandon. I did like random moments from the book. Like when Landon and Killian teamed up to get “revenge” for Glyn.Every time I close my eyes, Devlin’s kind face comes crashing in, then he smiles as scarlet red explodes from all of his orifices.

I’m not going to lie, I think the main reason for my enjoyment had more to do with reading about everyone’s lives and who they’re kids turned out to be. Surprise surprise ! RK managed to give all the guys god complexes and made them broody and blank. How she managed to save Bran and Remi I will never know. Killian and Glyndon’s meet-cute was so adorable 😩 y’all when my future husband doesn’t corner me at a cliff and forced me to decide between a) giving him a bjhow, um, f0rceful Killian could be. He doesn’t like the word no 👀. If he wants something, he’s gonna take it 😬. The opening scene is n0nc0n, then we get some dubc0n ones, but for the most part, Glyndon was along for the ride 😉 CreighAnni — my loves my precious my grumpy x sunshine pookies. Ugh they’re giving everythingggh. Her being cute asf and talking his ear off and him pinning her down w one arm bc she touched his fish and chips- HELP THEYRE TOO ADORABLE ALR 🤭💅 Their crumbs have me the MOST excited to start their book. I just know it’s gna be a ten course meal.
