Don’t feel discouraged about slow progress in the gym. Don’t let your doubts become reality, shed negative thoughts, and put in the work! Every day counts as progress. ⁠ Yes, you can have everything you want and you think you deserve. Your body needs time to recover. It might sound counterproductive, but that’s why resting is an essential part of your training.
