About this deal

A couple mentions of Sophie questioning her place in the universe & the universe being against her plans (because things kept interrupting). But no one will talk about how Sophie’s feelings about Keefe literally FLIPPED A SWITCH just because Ro told her he liked her. There has never been any indication that her worries and feelings about him have been anything other than friendship until this book. Until she’s all of the sudden like, “Hmmm, I should give it a try.” Nothing near the level of love she had for Fitz. And the whole, “Fitz sees me as perfect, but Keefe sees me as flawed and I like that better” is BS. warning: the following review will be spoiler-ridden and probably not coherent. lots of y'all's and keyboard smashes will be used. proceed with caution. HOW DID GLIMMER THINK IT WAS OKAY TO CUFF TAM IN THOSE STUPID LIGHT CUFFS??? LIKE, THAT DIDN'T SEEM WRONG TO YOU AT ALL????

As shown in Lord Cassius's memories, Lady Gisela made him drink bottles filled with something that looked like the elements. Drinking them was described as being very painful.Power-deFur, Lissa A.; Orelove, Fred P. (1997). Inclusive Education: Practical Implementation of the Least Restrictive Environment. Jones & Bartlett Learning. pp.113–114. ISBN 9780834208063.

Themes in Stellaluna include friendship, overlooking differences to find common ground, and the universality of feeling like a bat in a bird's world. One philosopher interpreted the book as showing that children are not either good or bad: children with non-conforming behaviors may be expressing their abilities and needs. Stellaluna's behaviors, though discouraged by mother bird, were not actually "bad behaviors", but rather an expression of her identity as a bat.Keefe ignored the jolt of pain in his side as he pumped his arms, swimming through the air. “You expect me to believe you have flesh-eating bac—” i have shipped this for 5 years, and i am SO HAPPY, because they are both so happy right now. life is good. a b Park, Shelley M. (2013). Mothering Queerly, Queering Motherhood: Resisting Monomaternalism in Adoptive, Lesbian, Blended, and Polygamous Families. SUNY Press. ISBN 9781438447186. I STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT THIS IS THE BEST KEEPER BOOK YET AND IT’S TOTALLY WORTH WHATEVER YOU HAVE TO PAY TO GET IT.

I just do, because she's annoying and sO mYsTeRiOuS and seriously didn't get super red flags from Lady Gisela???? THE WOMAN SCREAMS 'I AM EVIL AND ABUSE MY SON FOR HIS "OWN GOOD". But I suppose it is consistent with every character in this book. I didn't like a single one of them. They're not fun to follow along with anymore. Everyone is fighting. Where was the fun in Foxfire like in the first book, the adventures that were exciting that they would go on? Maybe I'm so frustrated with these books because they've taken a turn and it feels like an honest to goodness chore to read and finish these books now. They're stagnant, predictable, and monotonous. Continuing mentions of butts, poop, burps, etc. Someone is called the Gossip Master and it's looked upon as good because she can find things out about others.

I still want you to take tonight to rest, though,” Elwin warned. “You’re not off bed rest until the morning.” I’d love to see you try.” Elwin dug through his satchel and pulled out a deep purple elixir. “But I’d rather you just take another dose of tissue regenerator and get some rest.”

Author Janell Cannon grew up in rural Minnesota; her parents shared their enjoyment of nature with her and her siblings. She stated that she was a "free-range kid, able to gain an appreciation for animals like frogs, salamanders, snakes, and bats". [2] She empathized with bats, as they are maligned by many cultures. She said, for bats to be "misunderstood and mistreated by humans, out of fear, really affected me". [2] Later, when working at a library in California, Cannon noted that only three books in the children's section featured bats, of which two were eventually removed. [2] Curiously, stella translates to "star" and lune translates to "moon." Shannon Messenger has used similar references in the past, so it could be assumed that these latin roots hint at its origin. It seems like the author herself is getting tired of Sophie's behaviour in the past few books because she just threw Sophie's personality around and shook it upside down. Same with Linh and Tam.

I’m not saying you’re wrong,” Grady jumped in. “But… I think you’re also forgetting that Keefe’s not exactly safe around here.” Not much is known about stellarlune besides the fact that it supposedly uses the world's natural forces to bring out one's potential. It seems to revolve around shadowflux and quintessence in some way, and is possibly dangerous, since it is one of the Council's Forgotten Secrets. It also seems to relate to abilities and genetics, and is connected to something known as Elysian. Keefe glared at both of them, wishing he still had some of his favorite elixirs handy. He’d managed to slip some Hush Slush into Ro’s dinner the night before and wiped out her voice for eight glorious hours. But somehow she’d managed to find all of his stashes—even the extra well-hidden ones. If this is the last book, it needs to go out with a BANG! And I hope it is the last book, personally, because if Sophie doesn't resolve everything soon, I genuinely can't see how she ever will. The conflict will grow too large for her to handle. IMO, it already has gotten out of hand and I can't see how she can realistically save the day at this point. But she's The Mysterious Lady Foss-Boss. She'll find a way to handle it.
