About this deal

Solomon’s Seal is amazing. I could make an entire apothecary using this plant, as it aids in the healing process throughout the body. I have maintained a special place in my native medicinal plants garden where I live here in Northeastern Connecticut for the express purpose of growing and protecting Solomon’s Seal. Solomon’s Seal appears to work very well with moisture to create an ongoing “assessment” of tendon and ligament tensions. For example, it may cue the body to loosen stiffness of tissue tensions in joints (customers especially report support for hands, shoulder, knees, ankles), or even tighten if necessary. When teamed with the herb, Horsetail, the benefits seem more substantial. Plant Spirit: I use it on an energetic level for strengthening and acting as a protectant herb especially when used with Vervain and Agrimony.

The medicinal herb is primarily safe for adults in small doses or when taken on short periods. The Solomon’s seal tea side effects only come when you consume it in large doses or long-term. It can trigger stomach issues, nausea, and diarrhea. The appropriate dose is dependent on the individual’s age, health, and other factors. Solomon’s seal helps to lowers and regulates blood pressure. It contains convallarin which is a good heart regulator thus helping to with atrial fibrillation and congestive heart failure. This tea is made using jujubes and is a pretty popular one so is easy to find on many menus when you head into cafes whether they are tea cafes or just general cafes too. Daechu-cha is made by boiling dried jujubes or more often, a preserve is made by simmering dried jujubes on low heat for about 8 hours until it is a sweet syrup. This is then used to make the tea later. This syrup can also be found in markets around the country if you want to drink this at home.

Whether you’re going out for tea or coffee, there’s a café for you around every corner and on every street at this point but you need to know where to go because the best tea houses are the ones that are really JUST tea.

Solomon’s Seal, like many herbs, makes an excellent mild tonic. It increases the secretion, flow, and expulsion of urine (but not so much at a time!). It promotes the formation of urine by the kidney and may aid in flushing the body of toxins and excess water, and breaking down fat. The tea enhancing the immune system also slows down aging and improves the whole body — how you move, how you feel, and how you think. It is more effective when Solomon’s seal is combined with other adaptogenic herbal plants like ginseng, vervain, arctic root, and agrimony. Medicinal uses of Solomon’s seal Solomon's seal bouquet In traditional Korean medicine, royal physicians would prescribe tea or treatments made from Solomon's Seal to cure a variety of ailments and health issues:It is a great remedy for providing relief from injuries, gastrointestinal issues, issues related to women and many more.
