The language is clean, and the answers are clean, so your mind will be the dirtiest things about this game! The game is played in person with a single phone and has been known to cause players' teeth to fall out from laughing too hard. The dirtier a mind you have, the worse you will be at playing DIRTY MINDS because all of the answers are clean! If the player does not guess the correct answer, they lose one of their cards and the other players are able to steal their points!
