About this deal
If you like the idea of this scent rather than the execution try any of the Elizabeth Taylor fragrances, particularly those named after gemstones.
But I can barely smell anything at all on myself and have to put my wrist right up to my nostril to get anything at all. There aren’t many brands who have such a direct and personal connection to the product, but Charlotte’s passion with every element to the product, design, aesthetic and message are positively infectious- she’s a force to be reckoned with, that’s for sure. I don't know about that message, as I think most men would fall for gourmand sweet scents nowadays, everyone is subliminally conditioned to go for that. Heady, heady, heady patchouli and powder and orange and chemicals and just whaaaaaat is going on in there?I created a scent that would ignite this key to attraction in a more sophisticated way than I had done.
The pepper hits you first in an unpleasant way and then a woody, lightly floral scent which is slightly less unpleasant follows. It doesn't fit at all in today's trend of sweet nothings, where scents are sugary, ephemeral, and last at most an hour or two. Disclosure: I obtained a sample of the perfume with my purchase of one of Charlotte's HOT LIPS collection.
