Rye grain vodka is forced through the grass in a similar fashion to an espresso coffee machine, thus imparting the aromatic grass flavours to the vodka.

The sweetness and acidic kick of the apple juice perfectly complement the natural herbaceous and soft almond-like vanilla scents of the bison grass, creating a complex drink with a taste of apple pie.
