Each round starts with both players being dealt 13 cards and one card from the deck being upturned and declared the trump suit for that round – but be careful – playing a 3 enables you to change that suit, so keep an eye on what your opponent is up to! I’d like a core gameplay loop that’s not as grindy as Felandia, but is fairly easy to create, and one that players would enjoy. Most similar to Sagrada where they take a very basic physical component (cards here, dice there) and make something spectacular out of it, the game features an elaborate background where you drag your cards onto a pedestal with the Decree looming over both in the middle.
