The beautiful Australian surfer Elyse Knowles is the face of the campaign, the pictures show her in front of a sky that is as blue as the bottle this fragrance is housed in. Anytime Kurkdijan and Lernout collaborate, they create magic together (see also: Lolita Lempicka Lolitaland). It's a shame because I was excited about the prospect of the watermelon top note, but this was too sweet. It's a new fragrance and i really like the scent, perfect for hot summer days - aquatic with a hint of fresh fruits and some gentle flower notes in the backround.

It is fresh (but not sour), enveloping and at the same time some refreshing with the addition of sweets. For medium intensity: spray in a y-shape across your body, beginning at one shoulder and finishing at the other.J'avais de bons souvenirs de cool water et Je m'attendais a une odeur d'océan, de fraîcheur mais c'est pas génial. It starts with summer notes: juicy, fresh and sweet watermelon that blends with the notes of passionate fruits: mango and guava with floral accords of freesia, datura, pink pepper, peony and corn.

I haven't worn the original Cool Water for women, but the hype around it was enough to provide me with preset notions about this flanker.My nose really picks up on that riding underneath the melon and fruits and makes for a very mellow, unisex oceanic experience. It's the only aquatic one I have in my collection - so I can't compare it to anything else - but it just smells so lovely! This perfume was created for a woman who celebrates her free spirit and femininity, but is still self-confident.

Cool Water Wave Woman is a floral aquatic fragrance for women, which was created by Maïa Lernout and Francis Kurkdjian and launched in 2018 by Davidoff. When I sprayed Cool Water Wave on, I got that much-abused feminine aquatic note that smells of sweet watermelon. I received a sample of this fragrance from Microperfumes and I wish I just bought a full bottle or the travel size. Opening with a lively burst of Mexican Lime and Nashi Pear, the energetic EDT is enhanced by Bondi Beach Flower, Sambac Jasmine and salty Amber, before crashing into Australian Sandalwood accords.
