Tiny nitpick: I wish the poster and insert were handled with better care, those creases are starting to be a new pet peeve. The artwork, while very stylized, is gorgeous and definitely suits the feelings and impact The Last of Us had on those who've played it.

The collection will include four vinyl records, and a heavy-duty slipcase featuring artwork inspired by The Last of Us, created by Olly Moss and Jay Shaw. The 2013 action-adventure game The Last Of Us was originally published in 2013 by Sony Computer Entertainment and was developed by Naughty Dog. His music for this series is iconic, and it was tremendous fun to play within that sonic universe, while adding some new layers of madness to fit Craig and Neil's incredible vision for this show.The Argentinian composer also created the music for the series Jane The Virgin and Netflix' Making A Murderer. I'm so thrilled to be releasing our soundtrack for this newest chapter in the story of THE LAST OF US” adds composer David Fleming. Wonderful themes, imaginative instrumentation, great memories of playing the game through 10 years ago now.
The soundtrack is set to include both the original soundtrack from the base game, as well as the soundtrack to the prequel DLC, The Last of Us: Left Behind. Also was very excited about the cover having original art rather than the usual Mondo "fan art" that I am not a *fan* of. Joel, a hardened survivor, is hired to smuggle Ellie, a 14-year-old girl, out of an oppressive quarantine zone.Nonetheless, it's a great display piece for dedicated fans, even if they don't have the record player to listen to it. Even at its most aggressive, I wanted the music to feel derived from the real world - bowed steel, cracking wood - these are sounds for a civilization that has rusted and warped. The Last of Us takes place twenty years after modern civilization has been destroyed by a viral outbreak. Featuring all five acoustic covers from the game's pre-release marketing, or the game itself, this stunning collection of acoustic songs is an essential companion to the original soundtrack album, performed by Ashley Johnson (Ellie), Troy Baker (Joel), and guitarist Chris Rondinella. But the quality of the pressing is poor, there are cracks (I knew it was going to be of poor quality) it’s a real shame!
