About this deal

He was a King on earth who spent his entire life fighting for his country (kings on his previous world were mainly champions and didn't really govern). Arthur must rise as a leader, despite his fear of becoming the war-hardened monster he once was in his past life. This might get better when the protagonist's body grows up, maybe I’ll give it another chance in the future. I've heard about the series for a while, but I was reluctant to dive into it at the regular cost on Audible. Reincarnated into a new world filled with magic and monsters, the king has a second chance to relive his life.

In his past life, he was the mighty King Grey, who led armies and fought wars until his mysterious death. His award-winning series, The Beginning After the End, has been translated into over ten languages and has captivated readers worldwide. It does not look like it is going to be the most original ever or the characters are going to be specially bright by themselves. Since the publication of the iconic Solo Leveling, we at Yen Press have developed a reputation for bringing beloved webcomic series to print. I can see an attraction like, I want to know what happens next, what he's building up to, whether this gets good at some point and lives up to what it could be.I can't even follow the whole Beast Tamer deal partly because I don't care but mostly I think because it's stupid. Equipped with memories of his previous life and the desire to protect the newfound warmth surrounding him, Art begins his journey of becoming a strong warrior once again. The author also creates bonds between characters (this was worst at the end of book 3 and into book 4) where, with very little shown interaction, people are suddenly devoutly loyal, or best friends, or trust one another.

They could have been a secluded human tribe and it would have made no difference at all to the story.Sometimes I don't mind, like Worth the Candle has just slightly too much of this but I read them all because it's a good book and the info is usually interesting. If you are used to it, the reading will go smoothly and you'll find yourself laughing at the humor quite easily. But while the first 2-3 books are fun progression lit, the author doesn't seem to get better at writing. His time as king, however, comes to an abrupt end, and he reincarnates as Arthur Leywin—a baby born in a world of magic and monsters.

Learning how to crawl becomes a humbling experience, but overcoming that challenge brings more satisfaction than when he conquered enemies as a fearsome king. Though the book really described details, the author do info dump and it is hard to make sense of sometime. So now four-year-old Arthur is ready to start his first trip outside his village to discover the wonders of this new world.
