I liked most of the recipes that were included, and how they tied into the show, but you won't find anything fancy in here- just the way the Winchesters would want it. Whatever your reason for doing it, removing or reducing animal products from your diet doesn’t have to mean sacrificing on convenience or flavour. I myself am a vegetarian, but with the quality and variety of plant-based meat replacements going up every day, I would even say that many of Dean’s artery-clogging meatier meals could be made veggie very easily.
