I have had to exchange my Remoska twice due to the Teflon coating on the lid flaking off and getting onto the food.Whether you're baking a cake, roasting a chicken, or frying some vegetables, the Remoska makes cooking a breeze. We cook Bolognese sauces in a casserole dish covering with tinfoil instead of using the dishes lid to keep the height down.
