This Elderflower Peartini by Home and Plate is simple, using pear-flavored vodka, elderflower liqueur, pear juice, and a bit of key lime juice. Plus, the fresh fruit adds a nice touch to the presentation and can be enjoyed as a snack after finishing the drink. Okay, as per usual, since I am a visual person I just added all of the ingredients in the jar and put it in the window sill!

This cocktail is made with pear-infused vodka, which is infused with a pear for at least a month, giving it a unique flavor. I don’t shake this one up like other liqueurs as I don’t want to break up the pear any more than it does naturally. The pear was a magnificent hit to all that tasted and when my pear tree blooms this year I will definitely be creating another batch and using this recipe. Leave this on a radiator or in an airing cupboard overnight, or warm in a very low oven till completely dried. And if you’d prefer a mocktail, just leave out the vodka and add some fresh lavender for a healthy drink option.They combine sweet pear vodka with Grand Marnier, which is an orange liqueur, and pear nectar to make this cocktail. If you do this you will have to strain numerous times through muslin/coffee filter to remove the tiny fibres. While the homemade infused vodka isn't completely essential to the recipe, it's a fun project and makes for a great DIY gift!
