I have shared the ‘press release’ below that was distributed to the ‘publications world’ earlier this week.It’s certainly helpful for a novice teacher who is trying to navigate their way through the myriad issues they need to consider as they get to grips with effective classroom practice. Ross is a qualified teacher who across three decades, has worked in some of the most challenging secondary schools in London as a design technology teacher, middle leader and as a deputy headteacher. Some of the issues outlined above are a consequence of the “chunked, bite-sized” approach that is taken throughout the book. Other areas of consultancy support include conducting reliable observations, appraisal, human resources, social media strategy, recruitment and employee retention, workload management and motivation and wellbeing of individual teachers.
