The vanilla’s there in the taste too, along with some cinnamon, ginger and something that reminds me of a rich sherry. But these five are my kind of new have a look at, go and try, play about with cocktails, because I think they're going to be amazing. It’s light, spicy and ever-so slightly sweet on the nose with a vanilla-like creaminess that’s reminiscent of a good cream soda.

It looks good in the glass with a lovely sunshine gold colour, has a smooth creaminess with hints of vanilla on the nose and is enjoyably full in the mouth.

You probably need a little bit of lime, a wedge of lime just to kind of balance it a little bit, but just amazing. It's the Smoky Ginger Ale, but the one I want to focus on, it's the Spiced Orange, because the flavour profile of that goes amazing with a Rum and Spiced Rum. In the Spiced Gekko it makes a lovely, simple drink working well with the ginger ale and coming through for a really refreshing summer cocktail.
