The rightful heir to the planet, young Paul Atreides, is the product of an ancient genetic breeding program. Well this version looks wonderful with the set, costume designs and colour schemes, all avoiding a simple shiny look for the future. For those wanting the Blu-ray disc only, go ahead and get the 4K release, because it comes with the Blu-ray as well.Designing Dune is a 9-minute overview on the film’s sets and overall look, the feature's participants (Giles Masters , Ron Miller, Kevin Phipps, Benjamin Fernandez, and Steve Cooper) talking about creating distinct looks for the central worlds/civilizations in the film, a lot based on drawings Lynch made on napkins.
