Señor Sotol®, Señor Maguey®, Amaro Averna, coffee extract, pineapple juice is poured into the shaker and mixed together with the ice. The egg white, Mezcal MG®, Señor Maguey®, hibiscus concentrate, orange and lime juice are poured into the shaker and mixed together without ice to give it a more homogenic texture. Carefully distilled to showcase the complex, spicy flavor of the Polish rye, its peppery flavor profile can be enjoyed straight up, mixed into a spirited Bloody Mary, or used to balance sweet cocktails. Interestingly, it’s a rye grain vodka that’s smooth yet likes to keep the rye influence intact, which aligns nicely with the spicy flavor of a Moscow mule or Bloody Mary.
