About this deal

Much of Revolver’s music and lyrics reflect the band’s experiments with mind-expanding drugs – She Said She Said was inspired by a pre-fame Peter Fonda interrupting a Lennon acid trip. and Yellow Submarine Songtrack have also received re-releases akin to the presentation of the 2009 remasters. The set was issued on 9 September 2009, along with the remastered mono recordings and companion The Beatles in Mono and The Beatles: Rock Band video game.

The first four albums ( Please Please Me, With the Beatles, A Hard Day's Night and Beatles for Sale) made their CD debut in stereo, though most songs from those albums have previously appeared on CD in stereo on various compilations.Although all these albums had been previously available in stereo on both LP and cassette, the versions of the first four albums included in The Beatles Box Set were the digitally remastered mono mixes issued on CD over 1987–88, [2] which caused a considerable furor among Beatles fans and audiophiles. Speaking of packaging, the 252-page hardback book included, written by Beatle expert Kevin Howlett, is fantastic. The reissue of The Beatles’ 1966 album Revolver has been officially confirmed and is coming in late October. It should also be noted that due to the huge roll out (at the beginning of the vinyl revival) were a lot of quality control reports during the first release of the US pressings ( The Beatles - The Beatles) from Rainbo Records.

Revolver’s music is the result of the band members having space to breathe and reset their creativity.

Each cover featured a previously unpublished color photo of the Beatles on the front and extensive liner notes detailing their career during the period represented by the album's songs on the back. There are sound excerpts from various songs, accompanied by still photos, clips of television appearances, footage from inside recording sessions, film footage from their final photo session, and material from the five Beatles films A Hard Day's Night, Help! Two earlier album collections, The Beatles Collection (1978) and The Collection (1982) did not contain all of the Beatles' recordings. The Beatles Box Set is a sixteen-disc box set compiling the entire recorded works of the Beatles as issued by the band between 1962 and 1970. Love Me Do should have been actually listed as the original "Ringo" single version, it says nothing so leaves everyone guessing that it's the approved since 1963 Please Please Me album Andy White version!

The Beatles’ career has been so exhaustively documented, chronicled and bootlegged, it can feel as if there aren’t many surprises left to uncover. If you do want that "original pressing" sound and are willing to invest the time online, there are ways of compiling a cheaper collection that sounds closer to the original UK stampers. This Boy and All You Need Is Love neither track had any reason at all to have been cut and mastered in mono. While not a sonic recreation of the original 1960's pressings, it's clear that the Abbey Road team wanted to represent the sound of 2009 Digital Remasters on vinyl. It is the second complete box set collection of original Beatles recordings after The Beatles Box Set (1988).There are a lot of options around the world of great sounding reissues and some of the original stampers stayed in production for many years, with the original cutting engineers recutting into the 1980s!

She's A Woman - the true stereo version previously available just in Australia and in Singapore/Malaysia/Hong Kong. Knowing the Beatles possessed unparalleled studio chemistry is one thing; seeing them nonchalantly chisel away at a musical idea and create greatness in real time is another thing entirely. The Beatles (The Original Studio Recordings) received the Grammy Award for Best Historical Album at the 53rd Grammys. All formats offer a new stereo mix by Giles Martin and Sam Okell, sourced “directly from the original four-track master tapes” and utilising Peter Jackson’s WingNut Films’ cutting edge ‘de-mixing’ technology, which allows the separation of music previously ‘bounced down’ and fused together on one track. Two other songs in the Beatles' catalogue which also appear in mono on the stereo CDs are " Only a Northern Song" and " You Know My Name (Look Up the Number)". On 7 December 2009, The Beatles (The Original Studio Recordings) was also released as a limited edition of 30,000 apple-shaped USB flash drives.
