The story can ba an allegory of today's crisis pertaining to women, it was heartwarming , definitely a very good book ,if you want to be heart-touched cried and be enlightened in your surroundings. Peter Kavinsky, Lara Jean, the Song/Covey family, and just these books in general are so near and dear to my heart.

I was really glad to see everything work out for Mel, but could see how easily Mel's life could have taken the route of Caroline's if her husband hadn't been as understanding and supportive of her decision to give up her career to stay at home with the children. This would be a very good book to use to discuss the subject if an issue arose in the classroom and would help with discussing emotions and how it's ok to be upset. This is the story of Leah, an enigmatic woman who works to achieve some kind of spiritual awareness in others, rather than the story of the three women around whom most of the story unfolds, and I liked the the way Kelly downplayed her role. I've really enjoyed diving back into the life of Lara Jean and would definitely recommend this series to my followers (especially the audiobooks!Strangely, I've realised that part of the reason for my lack of knowledge and inability to sympathise with and understand the daily hassles of the contemporary woman is due to the fact that I've never read a good work of chick-lit.
