About this deal

The same year Sanyo announced their first high-capacity AAA Eneloop batteries, with a minimum of 900mAh and still rated for 500 cycles and an 85% charge left after one year. Some explanation about: 85% charge left after 1 year

Lineup - Panasonic - Eneloop

It's interesting to note that these batteries had never been available in Japan with that particular product code. It looks like they were only available in China. According to the spec sheet, Eneloop batteries are rechargeable NiMH batteries that are affordable and reliable. Finally, Eneloop and Eneloop Pro Batteries, Which One Should I Buy?On the other hand, standard Eneloop batteries can be recharged up to 2100 times making it more convenient for less powerful devices. Shelf Life: Eneloop XX batteries sold in China in 2012 had a different product code, as can be seen in this Chinese Announcement. These batteries received the product code HR-3UWXA. Although the additional letter A could have indicated a new design or product (as this was the standard way Sanyo reported a new generation), the specifications stayed the same. Due to having a higher capacity than regular AA batteries, you will get at least 25% longer runtime with Eneloop Pro. The next test was related to the time the Flash needed to recover and flash again.. also called the recycle time. The first shows the recycle time after the first 5 pops. These are the first Lithium rechargeables we’ve tested that we’re happy to recommend. As you might expect, they have plenty of stamina; tested in a 500-lumen torch, they maintained their full 1.51V voltage for just under two hours of continuous use, at which point most NiMH rechargeables we’ve tested are either fading fast or all but dead.

Due to having lots of similarities, I couldn’t find much difference between Eneloop Pro and Eneloop batteries. Capacity: Eneloop PRO is excellent for longer battery life in flashlights as well. The capacity of 4 Eneloop Pro AAs is about 25% more than 4 regular AA Eneloops. If you only have a time-based charger, you shouldn't buy Eneloop PRO batteries. First of all, because the timer duration will likely be set too short, the batteries won't be fully charged. Secondly, if the batteries are still half full, the charger won't stop until the timer has cut the charge. This means that the batteries are charged too long, and likely caused some damage. This number, which stands for milliampere-hour, covers the NiMH battery’s capacity and its ability to run a given load over a longer period of time. The higher the number on the battery, the bigger the capacity and the longer it will maintain an ample working charge while powering a specific gadget. We recommend you choose batteries with a capacity of 2,000mAh or more, so you don’t run out of charge when you’re half way through doing something, and you don’t need to recharge quite so often. The capacity is usually listed on the box as well as on the battery itself, and you will also see it listed if you’re buying batteries from an online store. What’s the best charger to buy? Those who are looking for more battery capacity to power heavy-duty electronic devices must go for Eneloop Pro.For camera flashes, flashlights, and power-hungry electronic devices, you won’t find a better choice than Eneloop Pro in this price tag. Another noticeable difference between them is in the recharging capacity. Eneloop Pro rechargeable batteries can be recharged up to 500 times. For longer shelf life, low discharge rate, and durable build quality, you can rely on Eneloop batteries for powering sensitive equipment.
