I recommend Harry Potter Cluedo for children over the age of 5. This game says it is 9 years+ but my family play it and my little sister is only 6 and she has played it as well. Likewise, the cardboard discs that stand in for the Item/Spell/Suspect pieces are horrible and cheap. There really should have been pewter peices (or similar) like the other special editions.

If you do not have the specific Help card needed to protect you, you must pay the amount of HP (House Points) depicted on the Dark card. These HP will be discarded in a pile near the game board. Who Is Harry Potter?

This game is about a person getting cursed, kidnapped or disappeared and the players have to save them by getting clues and try to find out the secret in the burrow. I recommend Harry Potter Cluedo for children who are very fond of Harry Potter characters and who also like mysteries. For a Harry Potter Fan, this game is like striking gold! The sheer volume of tidbits and references throughout make playing the game very exciting and enjoyable. The typical Clue fan, however, might be a little less enthusiastic. If you look at the cards in the envelope and discover your accusation was incorrect, you are immediately out of the game and cannot share the revealed information with other players!
