About this deal

Also, if you’ll be traveling to Europe often keep in mind that American car seat are illegal in Europe. So if you get it in the US it’s illegal to use in Europe because of the straps. Many people do it anyway, but if you get into a crash the insurance has a right to reject your claims completely if they see you used a US car seat, so it’s a risk. If you know you’ll be visiting Europe often I recommend getting a lightweight European car seat – they can be actually only 5 lbs like Avionaut Pixel!)

Joolz Aer Stroller Review - Is It Better than Competitors?

My older son is currently 40″ and in over 90th percentile for 3-year-olds and basically hits the top of the seat and the space between the top of his head and canopy is pretty much the same as on Babyzen Yoyo and ironically, even lower than on Joolz Aer.Strolleria is an authorized retailer of Babyzen and Nuna products dedicated to making the baby gear buying experience less overwhelming for parents.

Want to add another layer of padding to the bumper bar? Has it worn out or is stained and needs replacement? You get Bumper Bar Covers that can easily be attached to the bumper bar. Naps in the stroller are something that some kids get used to easier and some harder, and to be completely honest some never do. My firstborn slept anywhere everywhere and I can think of only a few instances when my second child slept in any stroller, flat or not, but he was so tired at this point that he had no choice. If you're planning to use your stroller during baby's first months, the Babyzen YOYO2 offers more versatility in its configurations. My firstborn always slept and chilled comfortably in the stroller, and it wasn’t bumpy for him. Also, you can roll it around like a suitcase, which makes rolling even more seamless. Generally, I love how easy it was to move the baby stroller with one hand. Libelle is lightweight (only 13 lbs which is lighter than most competitors!) and folds super small. The main con, however, is that the stroller doesn’t offer one hand fold, not even half fold so you need both hands to really fold and unfold the stroller. I was a bit surprised when I discovered the recline of Bugaboo Butterly isn’t great. The stroller reclines visibly less than Babyzen Yoyo and slightly less than Joolz Aer. It’s crazy, because so many retailers claimed Butterfly has a lower recline but in reality, it’s not the case. Keep in mind that just because someone says “I took this stroller on board and it fit” isn’t an indication that a stroller will fit in the overhead for you. Different airlines have different size restrictions so if your stroller exceeds them the crew has the right to say no or might let it slide (but then it’s also not guaranteed that the stroller will actually fit in the bin). Better get the smaller fold and be safe than sorry and stressed later! The storage isn’t huge and while I can hang the diaper bag off other strollers, it doesn’t work well with Libelle so I wouldn’t count on the possibility of bringing a lot. However, if you’re thinking of buying it as an “emergency stroller” for an older child Libelle will fit underneath a full-size stroller basket along with other items 😉 Seat Design

However, the stroller is compact enough to fit behind the front seats in the car so you don’t have to lose any trunk space. One of the times when the stroller fit – American Airlines intercontinental route Thank you so much!!! This was the best review article I found after days of researching! I was thinking to buy either minu or yoyo2 and I believe yoyo2 is a winner because it fits more airline overhead compartments than minu. We don’t travel much but we do have family overseas so at some point we will be making trips there so knowing that yoyo2 will make the cut is re-assuring. The seat isn’t reversible, but in my case, we only needed a reversible seat for the first 3 months and the bassinet is naturally parent-facing. We never had the bassinet though (more on this further down). Some people complain that the seat is too short, so I did a test: I put my 4-year old and 42.5″ tall son in Yoyo and he fit just fine. Another thing that I think it’s worth mentioning is that while lightweight, it’s sturdy. Before I owned other travel strollers I thought it was a norm that the stroller wouldn’t tip over with a diaper bag attached to a handle, but I was wrong. Every other stroller tips over (yes, including Joolz Aer and Bugaboo Butterfly) but not Yoyo. It’s honestly incredible! The Nuna TRVL is one of the only compact strollers that doesn't need adapters to attach a car seat. While adapters aren't necessarily difficult to use, they create an extra step in your process—and an extra opportunity to lose a key piece while you're traveling. Preferably, buy a stroller belly bar that has a hinge on either side so you could leave one side in (instead of having to take the whole thing out) when getting your kids out of the stroller.
