I mean the main image we have of mindfulness is of someone sitting alone with their eyes closed. SEEK – what you really want in life.. Seriously just concentrate on things that make you smile, even if it’s one small thing a day, DO IT. First off, you have to be into it. If BDSM repulses you, it doesn’t become a good idea just because you’re stressed out.The key here is to be patient. You have to make small changes – and aim for tiny improvements every single day. Pro Tip: When you do go out and socialize, I’d recommend avoiding alcohol because whilst this might relax you at first, alcohol tends to create more anxiety later on.
