Directions for Use:Wash and dry affected area. Apply ointment gently, three times daily, using the fingertips or a piece of lint. Ichthammol in this medicine may stain fabric. Coal tar shampoos may be used but not alone for severe scalp psoriasis. If hairline affected, topical steroids can be helpful, although caution with more potent steroids is required. However, if the moisturiser is applied just before or after applying other medicated creams, ointments or lotions, the moisturiser could dilute the other medicated product.
