About this deal

A note on our Facebook group. One of my favourite acts that I’ve seen blossom is the ‘pay it forward’ scheme operating, where those who are struggling to buy the book are being gifted it by those in a position to help. It was completely unexpected, but speaks so much to the good in our group. There’s a reason you don’t see much negativity in our group: because it’s full of terrific people. I confess myself ridiculously proud of it. A reminder though: if you’re struggling for money, please, don’t be buying our cookbook – save that for when you have some cash! There’s over 700 recipes now in our index and although they don’t look quite so professional in the photos, the food recipes themselves are exactly the same calibre as you get in the book – and for free. there’s so much ‘us’ in this book that it’ll feel like you’re sat down with us for dinner, you poor sods;

Let me finish this question with a plea: if you struggle to cook, please, just start! The best thing you can do is to start cooking – it’s rare the meal will go absolutely wrong and you can always salvage it. But cooking is all about confidence and that only builds with exposure! So go for it! How easy is it to make substitutes for difficult ingredients?

That’s a wrap! Oh noes, my sides. If you love wraps as much as we do, have a look at some of our other recipes! Hi. Love your recepies. Will be making a few of them. Well done on both your weight losses and please keep recepies posted. Thanks. Jo x cooking in the oven will give you the best results but if you can’t be arsed you can also do them under the grill– just be careful they don’t burn and make sure they’re cooked in the middle Thanks guys. I know I’ve said it so many times over the years, but it bears repeating. We would be nothing without you lot buying our books, sharing our recipes and telling everyone about those two fat blokes on the Internet who cook good food. Reading everyone’s nice comments, seeing people actually happy with the food, seeing old cooks and new cooks and everyone in between having a go. Well. You’ll never truly know what that means to us, because, despite being a gobshite who can waffle for days about absolutely nothing, I’ve never quite found the words. Thank you.

So, with a bit of research, we decided to eat ‘properly’ and the weight fell off. It was a revelation. We discovered that by eating decent meals we didn’t need the rubbish on the side. Our meals were something to look forward to and a pleasure. We didn’t feel deprived. And the results spoke for themselves – we lost nearly 19 stone between us. cover the bowl in cling film and leave to marinade in the fridge for at least 3 hours, or ideally overnight Anyway I’m terrifically excited. You know how last year was the year of mini holidays? This is the year of the beast, and we’ve finally agreed it with work, booked the flights and figured out how we’re going to look after the cats – we’ve decided to spend the next few months training them how to use the electric tin opener and leave them a slab of Whiskas. We’re going somewhere we’ve always wanted to go but never found the time: OH CANADAAAAAAA! Yes! It’s like Cub Heaven: it’s cool in temperature, hot in bearded-men stakes and full of beauty. If we happen to catch the eye of some bearish mountain daddy who wants to keep us both and take us logging, both literally and euphemistically you understand, then so be it. This must-have, delicious debut cookbook from the duo behind one of the UK's most popular slimming blogs, Twochubbycubs, aka James and Paul Anderson - with 100 amazing, healthy yet filling recipes, all elegantly presented and beautifully photographed and each sprinkled with a mini-blog of total nonsense. of mushrooms – now, get a good mix (the oriental selection in Tesco is absolutely perfect) of types and flavours and chop them up to a good uniform size – don’t just get boring plain mushrooms, you need the flavour

remove the pan from the heat and stir in the lime zest, juice of half the lime and half of the chopped coriander So, how are we? Well. You know when people say it never rains but it pours? Turns out that it doesn’t just apply to your liberal touch with the gravy boat, young lady. Lordy no. Paul and I are both very lazy and very tight and as a result, there’s nothing in this cookbook (or indeed our other two) which you can’t find in Tesco or any other major supermarket. We never buy an ingredient to use just once because that’s a poor economy. Similarly, neither of us are chefs and nothing in the book is difficult to throw together. If you’re unsure of your cooking ability, you need not worry with our books. Social media stars James (right) and Paul Anderson, aka Twochubbycubs, have proved that weight loss doesn’t have to be about deprivation. Here’s how they did it… We really couldn’t be prouder of dinner time – and we would love your support! So if you know someone who has our book, tell them about the new one – and if you see any of our posts on social media, be sure to share them!I’m not going to keep you too long, but I wanted to let you know that I’ve found a butch new past-time – boxing! Well past-time might be overselling it but we’ve just done a boxing class at boot camp and I bloody loved it. I suppose there was always a certain inevitability that I’d enjoy being pummelled in the ring by someone more tattoo than man but still. N0, none of that business, just a few boxing moves in the darkness.
