Not the quality of spirit that Two Birds once was. This offering is extremely sweet almost like a liqueur than a Gin. There is no watermelon on the nose, on the palate there’s a sweet flavour but not watermelon. The botanicals in the gin do not come through. However on the finish I did detect a slight hint of watermelon. Sorry Two Birds but this along with the Rhubarb are extremely poor offerings.
