I’m always looking for ways to use peppers, so after lots of experimenting, I ended up with some tasty — and very hot — gummy bears. Today we’re going to make homemade spicy gummy bears. This recipe is very adaptable. If you do not wish to make your gummy bears spicy, you can simply leave the hot peppers out. The amount this is for varies depending on the type of candies you are using. Chamoy, Tajin & Lucas Dulces Enchilados Combine Chamoy, Tajin, and Gummy Bears - In a large mixing bowl, combine 1/3 cup of the chamoy sauce with the gummy bears and tajin. Use a wooden spoon or rubber spatula to mix the ingredients, ensuring the gummies are thoroughly coated. The first thing we’re going to do is make a “hot pepper juice”.
