Good cheap form of standard creatine. Usually mix 5g with apple juice pre-workout and 5g with whey post-workout, non-workout days I'll add 5g to the morning shake. Can give a salty texture if you don't use enough liquid, I mix with a milk frother instead of a spoon and does the job. But it's not just about the protein. Alongside the mighty 23g you get in every serving, there’s just 1.9g of fat, 1.8g of carbs, and 114 kcal. Recommended Usage

Add ingredients to a food processor: Add cashews, almonds, coconut flakes, dates, nut butter, vanilla, cinnamon and salt to a food processor. Firstly, this is hands down the best protien I have ever had. I really have never found a protien powder I like the taste of, but this (apple and elderflower) just tastes like cordial and is extrememly refreshing. It's a really nice, easy way to supplement a vegan diet with some extra protien. tbsp plant-based protein powder , we like NuZest Just Clean or Sprout Living Pea Protein but you can use your favorite. We have not tested this with a Whey protein powder since we wanted to keep this recipe vegan but feel free to do so if it fits with your dietary preference. And, if that’s not sweet enough, there’s only 1g of sugar per serving and 50% of your recommended daily intake of essential B vitamins. Add 1 serving (16g) to approximately 300 to 400ml of cold water and shake well to dissolve the powder. Allow the natural foaming to settle after shaking and enjoy your protein drink. You can adjust the amount of water to find your preferred concentration.
