About this deal

Of course, there’s always the alternative. That the film is indeed based on real events, a conspiracy and cover-up, that Spielberg knew about… Kasten,Len(2013). Secret Journey to Planet Serpo: A True Story of Interplanetary Travel.Rochester, Vermont:Bear & Company.ISBN 978-1591431466. ET handlers” at the U.S. military installation named the aliens they had in captivity “Charlie” and “Lucy.” Quoting from the OM Forum post, The Seinu Disclosures:

All of them have since allegedly died (due to exposure to high radiation levels during the trip). Could the visitors in Close Encounters be based on ‘Ebens’, short, brown creatures from the planet Serpo? (Image: Columbia Pictures) And some say that Dr Hynek gave Spielberg insight into top secret events that allegedly took place in 1960s New Mexico. The ‘Project Serpo’ conspiracy It’s certainly one of those instances where the truth is just as strange, and engaging, as the fiction.

It’s speculated by conspiracy theorists that although the story of Project Serpo didn’t come to light until 2005, when an anonymous group of “former military insiders” ‘testified’ that the exchange took place, Spielberg somehow knew about it, and tailored his film to match. To illustrate this point further, we’re citing an expert scholar with over 40 years of experience in several areas of study including UFO history, including government secrecy; Transpersonal Psychology, Alien Abduction history and Channelling. According to Keith Rowell:

This communication would result in an organized landing of a team of Eben beings. This would take place at a secret base in New Mexico in April 1964. This image was sent to Whitley Strieber in 1996 and others began to float it as a “real” photograph of an extraterrestrial. It was not until nearly 14 years later that professional analysis was done on the image proving it to be a hoax. That’s 14 years of disinformation fed to the public via the Internet. And this is just one photograph.Serpo is an alleged planet of the binary star system ζ Reticuli, 39 light years from Earth. It is slightly smaller than Earth but has a human-breathable atmosphere. It is populated by an extraterrestrial race known as Ebens, who mostly live in rather simple villages. The total population is 650,000. Ebens are short and brown. "Ebens" is a term that comes from the acronym "E.B.E." for "Extra-Terrestrial Biological Entity."

They had learned that Serpo was a planet similar to our own, albeit smaller. It orbited around a binary star system and had an atmosphere similar in composition to the one on Earth. After targeting a “suspicious group of asteroids” a secret transmission signal was sent in their direction using the reverse-engineered alien technology. And what’s more, a reply was (relatively) imminent. As we examined briefly in our look at the alleged Eisenhower meeting of 1954 – a result of this transmission – two different races of alien are claimed to have made offers to humanity through Eisenhower and his representatives. While an eventual deal was reached with the Greys – the occupants of the suspicious group of asteroids – another meeting took place with a race referred to as “The Nordics” or, according to the apparently leaked documents, “The Blues”. On the subject of Doty, certain of his claims, albeit unrelated to ETI, I feel MUST be true. His references to corruption within the media, and payoffs for false stories, or as we know them today "fake news," strikes me as an almost certainty. Maybe it's the conservative in me, but I can't help but feel that IF Doty were really working for some agency, sowing seeds of disinformation, he would have refrained from saying as much as he did on this particular issue. Even if his points about aliens is a load of crap, why would he admit to the fed using the media to lie to the American people? Former President Trump took SERIOUS heat for making such claims. It just seems like if Doty is still a plant, his employer, whoever that may be, is equally and simultaneously benefiting from and being screwed over by him. There’s not much of a need for tabloids any longer when professional disinformants now use the Internet to reach millions. It’s why the Internet in part fails the public and where it’s easy to see how the UFO / UAP disinformation campaign is still ramping along at full speed. Unless you have come face to face with an ET or have actually walked around inside their craft; it will be nearly impossible for you to discern truth from fiction.Daedro, Enzo (August 2001). "Ummo's Daughters". Fortean Times. Archived from the original on 19 October 2006 . Retrieved 7 December 2018. Secret Journey to Planet Serpo was a ‘mind-blower’ for me. A well-written, easy read, with numerous b&w illustrations and 27 colour plates, I think it will test your powers for discerning its credibility and make you begin to wonder what else of monumental importance is being withheld from the citizens of earth.” Graves, Robert; Patai, Raphael (1964). Hebrew Myths: The book of Genesis. New York, NY: Doubleday. pp.65–69. ISBN 978-1-85754-661-3. , ISBN 1-85754-661-X, Publisher: Carcanet Press Ltd. (October 1, 2004); Graves & Patai cite "Yalqut Reubeni ad. Gen.II.21; IV.8.", for which see "Lilith". Gnosis. The Exchange Program with Aliens from Zeta Reticuli (Part I), UFOholic https://ufoholic.com/project-serpo-the-exchange-program-with-aliens-from-zeta-reticuli-part-i/ Nevertheless one may still find numerous articles online about the alleged validity of MJ-12, written by supposedly astute persons who just can’t admit that they have been had. Even today, Linda Howe continues to gush about the wonderful revelations she was privy to, courtesy of Doty, completely ignoring the bogus nature of the “documents” she was presented.
