Marcus Marcus is a recurring character in the Dork Diaries series. He is the guitarist of Nikki's band, Actually, I'm Not Really Sure Yet. He appears in Dork Diaries: Tales From a Not-So Talented Pop Star and Dork Diaries: Tales From a Not-So Happy Heartbreaker. He appears to be a shy, nice, and thoughtful character in Dork Diaries and is also known as one of the smartest people in school along with Theodore L. Swagmire III. He also has a crush on Chloe Garcia, and the both of them went on a date at the Sweetheart Dance in Dork Diaries: Tales From a Not-So Happy Heartbreaker. My next diary, DORK DIARIES BOOK 15: TALES FROM A NOT-SO-POSH PARIS ADVENTURE will be released on Tuesday, October 13th, and I need YOUR help selecting the COVER for my book. Now when they actually get to Paris the book does get much more interesting. I enjoyed this part of the book but I have been waiting for this book to release since it was first announced. Its been about 3-ish years. I started re reading the entire series in anticipation for this book, and honestly its pretty disappointing.Will Nikki FINALLY make it to Paris?! Or will she and her BFFs plan a Paris-themed fundraiser to help her crush, Brandon, raise money for the Fuzzy Friends Animal Shelter?!

How to Dork Your Diary (October 8, 2011), presented as the third-and-half entry in the main series, is an activity book containing activities for the reader to write their own diary in the style of the books. It starts with the premise of Nikki losing her diary and then presenting her diary tips to make up for the loss. Yes, I am 18, and yes, I did read this book. Sue me.
