It is an instructions manual with some quite common sense steps, but all together they are so brilliant. I liked Jim's story of proving these rules work. His approach to telling his own achievements is so much different from other motivational books I have experienced. He seemes to have challenged his life just for the hell of it - to test the hypothesis, and I loved it!
