I've got to question the marketing of this one, though: it's being billed as Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda meets Clueless in this boy-meets-boy spin on Grease. I actually removed The House in the Cerulean Sea because it's adult fiction, not YA. I really appreciated the cast of characters overall, too. I loved the little group of friends Ollie finds his place in, each of them with their own goals and dreams and issues, they felt three dimensional and I really liked them all. Well, almost.
