Cost aside, there are a few smaller niggles. The first is that the Creami is very noisy. During the ice cream cycle, I measured it at an average of 86dB when measured from 1m away. To put that into perspective, the high-power Ninja 3-in-1 food processor and blender measured up to 88db in testing. The cycles last, at most, 2mins 30 seconds but it’s something to bear in mind if you’re sensitive to noise. This healthy peanut butter ice cream does not taste at all healthy but is rich, dense and creamy. Can be made with sunflower seed butter for a paleo and nut-free version and it’s also vegan.
