Now, I’ve heard that there are two “versions” of Moza Air 2, one that has a 12V DC OUT and the other with a 16.8V DC OUT. And I would like to know are the both versions available? In my opinion, it's also really bad pre-sales support. I mean they say the gimbal will power BMPCC 4K, but if it does not, they are lying. That's really bad sales policy! This mode will suppress static drift, which is only noticeable when a gimbal is place on a stationary tripod. Tripod Mode can be accessed from the MOZA Master App under Gimbal Settings, Advanced settings. Also Tripod Mode can be accessed from the Air 2 handle under Advance. To decide whether to buy a Moza Air 2 gimbal, I will need the information I asked above and in the first message. Gudsenstopped responing in the end and I've given up but if anyone knows how to make it work I'd like to hear. I tried other settings too. Gudsen asked for a video of the setup which I sent and then they went quiet. It's possible that it's a faulty cable but it took them months to supply the cable and I just gave up. The Moza Air 2 from Gudsen is a three-axis stabiliser aimed at DSLR and mirrorless camera users. Recharging the batteries while in the unit. This is a no brainer that a lot of people have pointed out. It is absurd that the Air 2 can't do this. Of course the batteries take so long to charge that this might not help much. Select the correct camera connection cable for your camera. The MOZA Air 2 can support Sony, Canon, Panasonic, Nikon, Fuji, and, Lanc. Connect the cable to MOZA Air 2, and than the camera. Press the menu button, highlight Camera Set, then press right on the smart wheel, Highlight Select, press right, tap down to highlight the correct camera model, press right to select that model. Some camera models can be powered and charged over the USB camera connection cable. Now that your camera is connected you can use the MOZA Master app to program a timelapse, control ISO, and use the power button to activate the camera’s shutter. This is not necessarily a camera issue. I just would need to know the basic info about the power-out ports of Moza Air 2. And I’m wondering why are you so resistant to tell it. Just to follow up: I did run my vmount straight into the Moza's power port. It powered the gimbal, the cam, the T5 all evening and the vmount battery level didn't drop 1 notch. Smallrig makes a vmount belt clip although I just grabbed a tool belt clip at Home Depot and mounted it to my vmount plate. I would suggest using a safety cable with the battery though. I dropped mine during a take. Face palm.Edit 2: The newer versions of the moza apparently also have a 16.8V output and that appears to be compatible with the camera. Mine only has a 12V.
