An entrepreneur visualising their dream job and working towards it.It’s a good practice for us to be able to identify just one thing that we want, since that way we are able to dedicate all of our energy towards it. Anything your heart desires, but always remember to ask for “this or something better, through grace”. Always ask with positivity, openness and ease, without attachment to the outcome. You may request, a new home, a soul mate, money, healing, health, a new car – be as creative in your desires as you wish, it can be small things or large things, it’s your list to update and amend as you want to. Start by asking for small things for example a parking space, or a seat on the train in the rush hour. It is best not to ask for too many things at once and to be thankful and grateful whenever a wish is delivered. Does it work for everyone? This is because when we spend more time in the present moment, we spend less time ruminating on negative thoughts. Rather, the methods you use and the steps you take along the way are what will really help you to transform your life.

After all, you can’t expect to resonate with the energy of the universe if you aren’t mindful enough in the moment to notice it all around you. This is a challenging process though, so as a first step, try to recognize and label negative thoughts whenever they arise. Negative thoughts spiral. Have you ever woken up in a bad mood and not shaken it until much later in the day? Now that you’ve worked hard on creating the right mindset and you’ve visualized your desire, it’s time to get it down on paper. Not only do you stand the possibility of hurting someone else, but you also but negative vibrations out into the world.Decide on your goal. Make sure you desire, deserve and believe in the goal. Find somewhere quiet and write down the goal. Repeat the goal to yourself and see it in your mind`s eye. Feel what you will feel when you have achieved your goal. Hear what you will hear when you have achieved your goal. Stay in the zone for several minutes. Repeat the process daily until you notice your life changing. The change may be sudden or gradual, but you will recognise it… As we touched upon in the previous step, the more you put into your desire, the more you will get out of it. Visualise it, picture yourself with it/him/there, think and feel how you would once you do have it, feel grateful for what you do have already and then let it go and trust that the Universe will bring it.
