If VWR’s performance of the services is prevented or delayed by any act or omission of the customer, VWR shall without limiting its other rights or remedies, have the right to suspend performance of the services until the customer remedies the position and VWR shall not be liable for any losses or costs arising from such delay. Health, Safety and Liability Use a mechanical mister to apply the Virkon® S solution at a rate of 1 litre per 10m2 of floor space. Not an approved use in California: Using a 1% solution of Virkon™ S, shampoo by hand or spray lightly with a hand-sprayer and leave to dry. Shake or vacuum to remove residue.

To control organisms that can be introduced into a building during the setting up procedure, and to disinfect inaccessible areas of the building and the air, use either a fine mist sprayer or thermal fogging machine to apply Virkon® S disinfectant solution evenly. Where delivery or performance dates are stated by VWR these are estimates only and time is not of the essence; however, if VWR needs to change such dates it will do so only after providing information to the customer and having regards to the customer’s stated objectives. Any additional or special terms included by VWR in its written acceptance shall form part of the contract. Use a dilution of 1:50 or 2.6 oz. of Virkon™ S per gallon of clean water if surfaces that are to be treated have not been pre-cleaned with water to remove organic deposits. Virkon Aquatic is approved by DEFRA for control of notifiable diseases such as Infectious Salomon Anaemia and Koi Herpes virus. Virkon™ S should only be used on water proof or non-porous footwear. Do not use on footwear that is damaged or permeable by water.
