Fragrances are typically classified into four main fragrance families: floral, fresh, woody, and oriental. And made from the same notes and accords, it’s not uncommon that you find yourself partial towards perfumes with similar scent profiles. If you’re looking to spice up your perfume to something less prevalent without changing your fragrance altogether, working with these fragrance families can be incredibly helpful. Floral fragrances Furthermore, a little disclaimer before we start. Heavy resinous/balsamic and potentially “ strange” perfumes have not made this Scent Grail list, and it was on purpose. The only downer for me is the cap, which sits too tightly on the Atomizer and pulls off the spray head cover if not handled carefully.
