Your characters were as developed as I think is possible with such a limited word count, and while I wanted to know more about them, I felt satisfied by the progression within the narrative. Your dialogue is realistic as far as I can see, and I don't think I noticed any SPaG errors reading through. The narrators manner of speaking (and how intrigued I was by your plot) might have thrown me off enough for me to bypass small ones, though.
