The register is taken every day and a monthly record of your child’s progress is kept; this can be viewed by parents upon request to find out how much their child is progressing.
If, during the madrasah opening hours (4.45pm – 7.00pm) you need to attend medical appointments or must tend to a medical need or have to attend a Support Group, then you will also be eligible to send your child to madrasah for the one hour slot from Monday 15 th March. Please note that you will have to fill out a form to confirm that you meet these criteria. The forms will be shared in due course as well. Parents must ensure that their children are offering their Salah at home on time or at the Masjid under the supervision of a responsible adult. The Madrasa is not responsible for any lost items or lost fees. Any item that is handed into the office will be put into the lost property box.Parents / guardians must fill in a holiday request form before they go abroad with the child; failure to do so will result in your child losing his/her place at the Madrasa. Please note that children who are isolating will not be assessed as part of the internal assessments. If your child normally receives a phone call then the teachers will phone them as normal, although timings may be different.
