When you accept the terms and conditions of this Licence Agreement, Kyocera Document Solutions Europe BV (“Licensor”) shall immediately grant you (the "Licensee" meaning either an individual or a single entity) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferrable licence to use the Software and/or the Documentation on the terms of the Agreement. It supports mobile printing, including KYOCERA Mobile print and Mopria, and is compatible with Android and Apple devices. It is also compatible with many operating systems, including current Windows systems, UNIX, Linux and Mac OS X Version 10.8 or newer. Licensee may only copy the Software where this is essential to usage. This includes the installation and loading of the Software into the temporary memory (i.e. RAM). If you can open it on your apple device, chances are you can print it with AirPrint and an AirPrint compatible printer. Airprint works with Safari, Mail, Photos, iWork, PDF's in iBooks and many third-party AirPrint compatible apps available from the app store. In the event of termination, Licensee must destroy the original and all copies of the Software and/or Documentation and certify the destruction to Licensor.Where special offers provided by Printerland and/or the manufacturer applies, the competitor must also be providing the same offer/s for the b) rent, transfer or grant any rights in the Software in any form to any person without the prior written consent of KYOCERA; The license will automatically terminate upon any transfer of the Software to a third party.
