About this deal

The Mixtape” is a stand alone novel which was released in the year 2021. Since Oliver’s twin brother died, he has been caught between finding himself and pleasing his fans. But it is Emery that finds him first. I feel like I'll be giving away the whole gist of the story if I say more... so I'm going to end this before my mouth runs away with me... Heat level: Okay. They have some okay tension, chemistry, and scenes -- but not very many scenes and not all that descriptive. I personally would've liked more chemistry sexually here. I get that it was more about the escape that sex brought them, but I think showing more of a connection through their intimate times would've been nice too. Grace is the daughter of a parish and both her sister and Grace were raised to be the perfect daughters of a religious family so that they would set a good example to the townspeople.

Grace has not had a good time of it recently. Her husband has left her, he cheated on her, she is going home to her small town for the summer but he will be there as well. Add to the fact that her family is like royalty in town, her father the preacher, and she has to smile and be nice and courteous to everyone. Even if she feels like she is going to break and can't deal with everyone. I really liked Grace. She is one of those people who puts everyone before themselves. Who would never say a bad word about anyone even when they are being horrible to her face. She still puts up with it. Only she is such a people pleaser she doesn't know herself. She doesn't know what she likes, what she really wants, anything about herself. She has gone along with what other people wanted for so long she doesn't even know how to figure it all out. How to figure out who she really is.

They called me junkie because I used to use drugs. They called me a drunk because my father was one. They called me white trash because it was the only clever title they could come up with. Sometimes, appearances can be deceitful... It's true that there is always more than meets the eye... and just because people say it is, doesn't mean it really is. And if we constantly care what other people think, then our lives isn't really ours... I am addicted to perfect endings so I would have loved seeing a little miracle happening but nonetheless Brittainy gave this couple a happily ever after full of possibilities.

WOW. Ugh. I swear, every time I think Brittainy C. Cherry can't get any better at writing, can't get any better at making me feel EVERY SINGLE EMOTION, can't get any better at bringing characters to life... she just goes and does it. She's like Cardi B man, she loves proving people wrong, and dang it, I love it when she proves me wrong. Because love—real love—didn’t mean always holding the same beliefs. It didn’t mean we had to see eye to eye on every subject. Yet what it did mean, what real love stood for was a mutual understanding. A respect for one another’s dreams and hopes and wishes and fears.” Someday, somewhere—anywhere, unfailingly, you’ll find yourself, and that, and only that, can be the happiest or bitterest hour of your life.” Closure: This had good closure with what I would (reluctantly) call a HEA ending. I still had some unanswered questions though careers for both of them, where they were living, what happens with the h's mom and dad, what happened with the H's dad and uncle, etc.. AND where was my beloved epilogue?!Sex scene with OW or OM: No There is a scene of the aftermath of a ONS that the H had with OW, but this is before anything happens with the h.

First off how could it not be a 5 star read (for me) god the feels, those feels came at me out of no where, I could not stand her mother, my bloody blood boiled, and I hated how Grace was so weak at the age of 30 when it came to standing up to her, but then oh so slowly we saw Grace come into her own and it was such a beautiful thing to watch, she stole my heart, I wanted to jump in the book and high five her, she changed within a blink of an eye, from weak to such a strong female within her right. Bu kendini geliştirenlerin hikayesi. Mutsuz olsa bile pes etmeyenlerin hikayesi. Ayağa kalkanlarla, dik duranlarla, kendini yansıtmakta sorun yaşayanlarla ilgili.

Disgrace is a paragon of romance reads, setting apart Brittainy C. Cherry’s tales from that of others in the genre with its depth of emotional intimacy—every word a cathartic amalgam of heartache, love, passion and joy as our protagonists triumph through life’s tribulations.

Brittainy C. Cherry is an author that knows how to write books full of soul and Disgrace is a sweet, emotional love story! This book is a must read because it overpasses a couple falling in love. It’s a story about family, friendship and second chances and mostly about healing and forgiveness. With just reading the prologue I knew that I would be taken on an emotional rollercoaster. It was everything I was hoping for and more. After reading Disgrace by Brittainy Cherry my heart is bruised but is on the mend! Wow! Stories like this are the reason I read. The stories that take hold of my heart and do not let go. From the very first words my heart was shredded and completely invested. Brittiany definetly knows how to write broken people.... I loved how they opened up for each other. They started to develope a friendship. They were perfect for each other, because they undersood the other. I loved to read how their relationship developed. While they found each other, they found themselves too.

She wrote her first really bad novel at the age of sixteen, then she attended college to get a Creative Writing degree, and her first novel was published in the year 2013. She graduated from Carroll University with a Bachelors Degree in Theater Arts with a minor in Creative Writing. Love was a messy emotion that didn’t walk a straight line. It worked in waves and loops of ups and downs. It was a screwy emotion that could somehow still exist amidst the ultimate heartbreak and betrayal.. It was simple, the way we loved. We loved the scars of our past, and we loved the unknown of our future. We loved the mistakes. We loved the celebrations. We loved our darkness, and we loved the light. Safety: This one is probably either Safe with exception or Not Safe for most safety gang readers depending on personal preferences. I know what that’s like.” He spoke low, unease in his tone. “To have to pretend to be something you aren’t.”
