The Tineco Floor One S3 can vacuum and mop at the same time, which is great for people who want to save time and energy.

Tineco describes the FLOOR ONE S3 as a “smart” vacuum cleaner and carpet washer hybrid due to the app, voice integration, and AI. However, for what it does and all the features it has to power, including that bright LED display, that's actually not too bad. The Floor One S7 Pro defaults to Auto Mode, which uses Tineco's iLoop Smart Sensor technology that automatically adjusts suction power depending on the amount of debris being detected, but you should experiment with the different modes to find what works best for your daily cleaning needs. I found that the Ultra Mode works best for me as it deep cleans and deodorizes my floors – living with two cats means dealing with unpleasant odors. Only this time, the ONE S3 comes with certain processes and systems that make it automated.

Also the charge bay had to have something wedged under it to charge on a angle, as the charge point gets wet and doesn't work properly with the charge bay ( which is absurd as its a WET vacuum!)

The Tineco Floor One S3 is equipped with a mopping function and a soft roller brush that make it a perfect choice for those who have mostly hard floors in their homes. I love cleaning corners and other hard-to-reach areas with it as well, thanks to the upgraded brush head that only has the tiniest 1cm gap on both ends, which means spaces along baseboards are cleaned properly. The new machine has had troubles from day one. When trying to twist the handle (within its limits) to get under low objects the machine would cut out and now eight months later, it will not charge. Upon closer inspection the charge ports on both the machine itself and the base station have rusted ?? (One would assume they should use rust free parts on a mop !!) The Tineco Life app connects easily to the floor cleaner and it walks you through the setup process. While having an app for a floorcare appliance isn’t exactly necessary, it does contain a few useful features. It allows you to change the language as well as volume of the voice prompts on the cleaner, you can also mute the voice altogether if you prefer. The LED screen doesn’t have touch capabilities, but it’s incredibly bright and vibrant, and displays just about everything you need to interact with the vacuum, from giving you visual step-by-step instructions when going through the interactive tutorial to showing visual representations of the different modes and self-cleaning options. Although, since it’s not a touch screen, you still have to use the physical buttons to do so. This screen also offers alerts and prompts like the Smart Sensor indicator turning from blue to pink to red depending on the amount of dust or dirt the vacuum is “sensing”, and telling you when it’s time for self-cleaning or charging.

The FLOOR ONE S3 and iFLOOR 3 come equipped with a HEPA filter. You will also receive an extra HEPA filter for the FLOOR ONE S3. The iFLOOR 3, on the other hand, has only the one installed for normal operation. It’s a simple process but take a tip from us, empty it into your toilet. Otherwise, if you opt for the sink, you’ll end up with all the larger debris including hairs in your sink, which makes for a pretty disgusting sink that’ll need cleaning afterwards. The FLOOR ONE S3 is equipped with a more powerful motor in 220 W instead of the 150 W of iFLOOR 3. The battery capacity is also bigger, allowing to work for up to 35 minutes.
