For sleep, you're getting some pretty comprehensive data and insights. You can't view sleep data on the Band, so it's over to the app to see how well or badly you've slept. What we found with the Band 5 is that it's a bit of a mixed bag in terms of what you can expect. When we took it running outside, you need to launch the app on your phone first before it can establish a GPS connection.If that's something that appeals. then the Amazfit Band 5 will be the one for you. Other than that, you're getting similar features with the Mi Band 6 giving you a bigger display to make use of them.
