Allrepairs are undertaken by the manufacturer, independent of Little Angels Prams, but we will facilitate all collections and repairs. We recommend that the feed is used immediately (as soon as the Nuby light turns green and indicates the feed has cooled sufficiently), as per the NHS guidelines.

Understanding the Nuby Rapid Cool Kit: The Nuby Rapid Cool Kit is a specially created collection of components that function as a unit to swiftly and effectively cool down baby’s bottles. A cooling gel pad and an insulated bottle cooler are included in the set. These elements work together to bring the bottle’s temperature down, giving your infant a comfortable feeding experience. Designed for 90ml-240ml (3oz-8oz) feed sizes, you have the flexibility to increase feed sizes as your baby grows. The time varies between 2-5 minutes, depending on the size of the feed. We do ours slightly differently. We boil our water and make the feed in a bottle. I find the gauge inside the flask very hard to read in our kitchen lights. I also want to mix the formula in the hot water prior to it starting to cool. So once the formula is mixed, I pop it into the RapidCool and then it does the work.The kit contains two RapidCool™ bottles with two digital thermometer lids so you’ve always got one ready to go while the other is being cleaned, as well as an insulated flask to store water and two milk powder dispensers.

We will arrange for the manufacturer to collect your pram from your home within 5-7 days free of charge, or you can drop it off at our store if preferred, and we’ll arrange collection from there.
