Let me just say that the spice and steam in this book was off the charts! 🔥🥵🔥 I don’t think there was a single chapter where someone wasn’t getting it on! The plot? Who is she? We dont know her. Completely ludicrous at some points and non existent in others. The story continues with the ending point from the previous book, where Lily was kidnapped, and the last person she spoke with was her uncle, who said the same thing that Julian said.All around it was a fine, spicy read, but I definitely hit a point where I was skimming sex scenes and sighing everytime I found an inconsistency. This book follows the events of the book 2 cliffhanger and how Lilly and her guys will recover. They all gain some new friends/chosen family and it's nice to see Lilly rely on them and not just her guys. I liked that everything got wrapped up this book. We get closure about Lilly's mother, we find more about Lilly's family, even her father. All of the twisted drama concerning the guys' family is cleaned up, and they get to live a carefree life now. There wasn't as much smut in this book as compared to the first two, but don't worry there's still quite a few. And there's a pure MM scene with Loki and Kai and we later see that they're getting comfortable by showing each other affection. And of course, the only correct way to wrap up this series is to end it with a spicy scene that has DVP. short golden yellow dress, fishnet pantyhose, and these sparkly green heeled shoes with a cute little bow on the front.”

I really struggled to put into words how I felt about this book and the ending of our relationship with Lilly and her Dark Knights 🖤 Okay also, Ryan coming out of left field and being a mercenary was not expected but not impactful. He had maybe one other scene with Lilly and that was to tell her he approved of the boys. except she refers to people she doesn't like as cumstais/ jizzstains all in all this girl has a bad obsession with cum and calls everyone else a slut for doing things she does with FOUR guys. 😭the pet names? drive a knife through my eyes please. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD CALL EACH OTHER BY THEIR NAME EVERY NOW AND THEN. every. single. sentence. is a pet name. there is maybe MAYBE 10 times in the entire book that Lillys name is used by the guys. and that is a big maybe 😂 like please god the overuse makes me want to scream. it actually is insufferable 😩 and Lillys inner monologues kill me. i skim so much it’s not even funny she proceedes to be eaten out by the same guy on her first night there and also sees no problem with this. Jax made my heart ache at the end of the book with his deeply protective nature, he doesn't show emotion easily but with Lilly it's different. Finally is Loki and he lives up to his name being the player of the group he is the one Lilly is drawn to first. But she has to be careful as the boys have dark secrets and a hidden dark past. Can she accept it and help them to overcome their demons?
