Smaller vehicles (7.5 ton) can be arranged as a special requirement please be aware this can cause delays as there are far fewer available and further charges may apply. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have14 days after receiving your item to request a return.Delivery will arrive between 8am–6pm if you cannot be there to accept the delivery, it is important to leave a note for the driver with instructions where to leave the pallet/parcel or the delivery will fail.

We will not accept any claims that have photos of goods not on the pallet as delivered as we cannot prove to the transporter that the damage was caused during transit.
