Handles on the short sides gave us a good hold when we were positioning, cleaning, or storing the grill, but we needed mitts when it was hot. Although there are currently no ‘official’ restrictions for hospitality, please be assured we still take COVID19 seriously. It’s your choice if you’d like to wear a mask and sanitiser is provided throughout the building. Soap isn’t always necessary, but if you like, a little mild detergent is fine. However, stay away from dishwashers and metal scouring pads, which can harm the seasoning you are working so hard to build up.
