About this deal

Some copies of this release of Megatron contains a spring inside the right shoulder joint that was not present on the original release. Unfortunately, this spring is so strong it can flex the torso piece from the inside out and prevent the right shoulder area from fitting together as intended. Unscrewing the torso and removing the spring can significantly alleviate this issue. In Hasbro Asia markets, Megatron would have come with a collector coin mounted in a card modeled after his distinctive chest design. The coin appears to have been canceled, presumably due to the fact that, like Shadow Panther, both the coin and the fold-out interior of the card it's mounted on depict the Maximal sigil rather than the Predacon one. [6] The existence of this coin was discovered when some of them found their way onto the secondary market. Smallest Transforming Transformers Megatron was released in the second wave of the diminutive Takara toyline, including only his fusion cannon. Easily the most complex of the Smallest Transforming figures, Megatron is a just-barely-simplified version of his original Generation 1 toy, possessing the same transformation scheme and retaining most of his articulation. The transformation step involving sliding his chest upwards away from his hips is extremely difficult and will usually result in the chest popping off; this is fixable. Known designers: Sam Smith (Hasbro), Takio Ejima (TakaraTomy), Lenny Panzica (initial concept), Emiliano Santalucia (concept artist), Tony Colella (sculpter) [9] Part of the fourth wave of 2012-onwards Generations Legends Class toys, Thrilling 30 Megatron is roughly the same size as a Cyberverse Commander Class toy. He transforms from a generic tank with rotating turret into a robot based on his Alex Milne pre-war design as seen in " Chaos Theory Part 1" from IDW's 2009-2011 The Transformers comic series, and features 5 mm-compatible ports for his hands and left forearm/turret roof.

This special edition WFC-GS14 Megatron figure is inspired by the 1992 G2 toy release, featuring purple and green camouflage deco inspired by the original release. This G2 Megatron figure converts from robot to tank mode in 21 steps and comes with sword and fusion cannon accessories that attach to the figure in robot and tank modes. This mold might have been planned for a redeco into Sports Label Starscream, but that's a bit vague. Typical Range: tested while riding with a full battery, 75 kg (165 lbs) load, 25°C (77°F), at the speed of 24.9 mph (40 km/h) on average on pavement. Theoretical Range: tested while riding with a full battery, 75 kg (165 lbs) load, 25°C (77°F), at the speed of 12.4 mph (20 km/h) on average on pavement. It’s his second one that’s strange. Instead of the transforming sword of the original, he basically comes with a long spear of tank parts. It’s a cannon, the front of a turret, and a tiny blade on the end, loosely styled after the same G1 sword as the Siege version’s accessory. Also, it’s got a removable panel stashed below the turret, that’s meant for the alternate mode, but just kind of hangs out there. It’s a bit hard to explain it, which is why I’ve got pictures.

Form the front of the tank by connect the tabs on the front panel to the corresponding slots on the front treads. The tank's turret can detach and become a "jet throne," which features flip-out wings, and the body of the tank transforms into a missile-launcher battle station. The battle station has two seats on either side behind the missile launchers (non-firing) and a stowing bay in the center for an additional figure. Combat" Optimus Prime & Megatron television commercial 1, "Combat" Optimus Prime & Megatron television commercial 2 In 1994, Hasbro UK and Hasbro International followed Hasbro US's lead and changed the branding to the new Generation 2 name, and re-released much of the 1993 product as well as "new" items from the US line. This, mixed with the slow spread of information online at the time, has led many fans to overall consider all of the new-sigil 1993 product to be "Generation 2". A toy version of Savage/Noble and a redeco of Deluxe Class Beast Changer, he transforms from a wolf-creature to a dragon creature, with no robot mode. The difference lies in that select red plastic parts were changed to a blue color. This mold was redecoed into the purple Megalligator ( see below), released individually to be his own character Megalligator and a different redeco was proposed for the unproduced Albitron. The Iguanus version of the mold was redecoed into Crazybolt. Released in conjunction with Japanese cellphone maker au, [5] au x Transformers INFOBAR Megatron is a retool of the same line's INFOBAR Optimus Prime, with a new head and decoed in traditional Megatron colors.
