Some copies of this release of Megatron contains a spring inside the right shoulder joint that was not present on the original release. Unfortunately, this spring is so strong it can flex the torso piece from the inside out and prevent the right shoulder area from fitting together as intended. Unscrewing the torso and removing the spring can significantly alleviate this issue. In Hasbro Asia markets, Megatron would have come with a collector coin mounted in a card modeled after his distinctive chest design. The coin appears to have been canceled, presumably due to the fact that, like Shadow Panther, both the coin and the fold-out interior of the card it's mounted on depict the Maximal sigil rather than the Predacon one. [6] The existence of this coin was discovered when some of them found their way onto the secondary market. Smallest Transforming Transformers Megatron was released in the second wave of the diminutive Takara toyline, including only his fusion cannon. This special edition WFC-GS14 Megatron figure is inspired by the 1992 G2 toy release, featuring purple and green camouflage deco inspired by the original release. This G2 Megatron figure converts from robot to tank mode in 21 steps and comes with sword and fusion cannon accessories that attach to the figure in robot and tank modes.This mold might have been planned for a redeco into Sports Label Starscream, but that's a bit vague. Instead of the transforming sword of the original, he basically comes with a long spear of tank parts. It’s a cannon, the front of a turret, and a tiny blade on the end, loosely styled after the same G1 sword as the Siege version’s accessory. Also, it’s got a removable panel stashed below the turret, that’s meant for the alternate mode, but just kind of hangs out there. It’s a bit hard to explain it, which is why I’ve got pictures.
